Underground Construction Technology International Conference & Exhibition. It’s the three day premier trade event focusing exclusively on underground utility infrastructure construction and rehabilitation.
When is UCT?
The exhibits will be open Jan. 29-31, 2013 and the conference (including pre- and post-seminars) will be Jan. 27-Feb. 1.

What is the attendee UCT program registration cancellation/refund policy?
ALL cancellations are subject to a $5 administration fee, charged by the registration company. After the $5 administration fee, all refunds will be processed based on the following schedule: 100%* refund if cancelled in writing by Jan. 7, 2013. 50%* refund if cancelled in writing by Jan. 16, 2013. No refunds after end of business Jan. 16, 2013. (End of business is 6:00 pm CST). *The percentage listed does not include the $5 fee.
What is the cost of a booth at UCT?
$1,940 for a 10’ x 10’ booth.
I'm trying to register as an exhibitor and I can't. What do I do?
Exhibitor registration is password protected. You must put a 25% deposit on your booth space to receive a password for registration.
Is there a deadline for becoming an exhibitor?
There aren't deadlines for exhibiting. However, to maximize your exposure on UCTonline.com and in Underground Construction magazine, Pipeline & Gas Journal and Pipeline News and the other marketing opportunities, it is recommended that you secure your space early. Please note, exhibit space is limited to availability.
What is the booth cancellation policy?
100% of money paid is refunded as long as written cancellation is received prior to October 1. 50% of the money paid is refunded for written cancellations received between October 1 through December 1. No refunds if cancellations are received after the end of business December 1. (End of business is 6pm CST.)
