Exhibit space can be booked as single, in-line booths (10’x10’) or in multiples of 100 sq. ft. (10’x20′). Island booths have aisles on all sides. 10’x20′ island booths are available, however these are limited. Larger islands are available as well.
Single and in-line booths (10’x10′, 10’x20′, etc.):
Exhibit/display items are to be arranged so they do not obstruct the line of sight of neighboring exhibitors. The exhibition industry standard for the display is to not exceed 8′ in height in the rear half of the booth and 4′ from the middle to the aisle. Hanging signs are not allowed in in-line exhibit booths.
(booths with aisles on two sides): same line of sight guidelines indicated above apply. Hanging signs are not allowed in corner booths.
Island booths (booths with aisles on four sides):
There aren’t line of sight concerns for island exhibits as displays in this space do not contain back walls nor pipe and drape, however, the height restriction for the display, including signage, is 16′. Hanging signs (suspended from the ceiling) or signs that stand on the floor shall not be higher than 16′ above the exhibit space.
25% deposit is required to secure booths prior to Aug. 31. Full payment is required for all contracts submitted Sept. 1 and after. Booths are payable in installments.

What’s Included In The Price?
The booth fee is for raw/unfurnished space only. You may provide your furnishings or you may rent them from Freeman, the show decorator. Fee includes pipe and drape to frame the space (except for island booths), booth sign and the promotional items on the next page. Please note, there are deadlines associated with the promotional items, therefore the sooner booth space is confirmed, the more promotional items you make take advantage of. More…
